I can relate. We had one of those days too...I think it was Tuesday or Wednesday. It was -34°C by my thermometer. It was colder closer to the river I was told...-38°C close to Devon. -39°C at the International Airport. Edmonton reported -28°C. Must be a lot of hot air in the city :-) I'll stick with the country.
Sirdar: I think you are right about the hot air. That theory holds true for Prince George also. I will not speculate where the hot air is coming from though.
Kevbro: I heard tell there were some nasty blizzards out your way and some folks died. Stay safe. I'm sure you have equiped your vehicle with the necessary emergency supplies?
